Shopping with Knights - Covid Guidelines

In line with Government advice we have been working hard to ensure our Garden Centres operate in a 'Covid-Secure' environment. Act safely and this will keep you, our valued customers, and our Garden Centre teams safe at all times. We will still offer hand sanitiser and for everyone’s protection our staff will continue to wear masks. Our counter screens will also stay in place. The guidelines below remain unchanged.

Please read the following guidelines so you know what to expect while shopping with us:

• We have maintained one-way entry and exits.

• Floor markers have been placed throughout the store to help customers maintain a social distance.

• We are requesting that all payments are made by card (chip & pin or contactless using a card or mobile device).  We have increased our contactless limit to £100 on card payments.

• We have additional cleaning and hygiene measures in place including frequently sanitising commonly touched areas, paying special attention to check-outs and credit card pin pads.

• Well behaved dogs only and they must be on a short lead and under strict control at all times. NO FOULING!

• All customers over 12 are requested to wear a face mask or covering inside and outside the store unless they have an underlying health problem.

  
  We will not tolerate abuse or taunting of our staff-if this occurs, you will be asked to leave and not return.
