Returns Policy for Christmas Items
No refunds will be given on any Christmas items after Friday, 13th December 2024. This includes Trees, Decorations, Lighting or any other form of Christmas item.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
General Returns
Any goods that you are not happy with should be returned to us within 28 days and you must contact us within 7 working days of the date you received your goods from us. In order for you to claim a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. We will not pay for the return of any item and you will be responsible for the same until we receive it.
Items that cannot be returned are face coverings, jewellery, food and food gifts, drinks, gift cards and toiletries.
Online Returns Policy
CANCELLING AN ORDER
To cancel an order, please send an e-mail to info@knights-gc.co.uk and include full details of your order, the order number and your name and address.
Under Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order, as long as you contact us no longer than 7 working days after the day on which the goods have arrived. You will receive a full refund, including standard delivery charge. We do charge however for the return delivery back to us. Please see our returns section for details about sending items back to us.
RETURNS

INCORRECT GOODS
Please contact us within 7 days (see our contact details) if you have received something from us that you did not order, or if something is missing from your order. Please include full details along with your order number.
If we have sent you incorrect goods, then they should be returned to us unused in their original packaging within 28 working days and you will not be charged.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please contact us within 7 days (see contact details above), if any part of your order gets damaged during transit. Please supply full details of the damage together with your order number.You can return damaged goods to us within 28 working days and get a replacement or a refund.
PLANT PROBLEMS
If you have any queries or if your plant is failing, please contact us with details and send photos of the plant. This will help us to diagnose the problem.
